Singer Jana Kramer and Emerging Duo American Young
Saddle Up for a Night of Country Music
at Universal CityWalk’s Free ‘Music Spotlight Series’
at ‘5 Towers’ Stage on Thursday, July 24
Country star Jana Kramer and up-and-coming country duo American Young fire up the “5 Towers”
stage for Universal CityWalk’s free summer “Music Spotlight Series.”
“5 Towers” stage at Universal CityWalk is Los Angeles’ free premier open-air concert venue which is host to a multitude of performances by some of today’s most influential artists, including Jason DeRulo, CeeLo Green, John Legend, Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Ludacris, Tyrese Gibson, Wiz Khalifa and 2 Chainz.
Triple threat (singer/songwriter/actress) Jana Kramer, known for her role on CW’s “One Tree Hill,” is
heating up Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart with her newest single “Love.” Jana is no stranger to the bright lights with her impressive string of movie and TV roles, but credits her break into the music industry as her most important accomplishment to date. Her debut album, self-titled Jana Kramer, appeared from Warner Bros. in the spring of 2012, with her sophomore album slated for release in the fall.
American Young is a collaboration between country music veterans Jon Stone and Kristy Osmunson.
The fresh new duo explored their options in country music before with Jon as a solo act, then a successful producer and songwriter (“Me and My Gang,” “A Woman Like You”) and Kristy as a founding member and sizzling fiddle player of the duo Bomshel. Their recently released EP, self-titled American Young is out now and features their new single “Love is War.”
