The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) announced the new members of its Board of Directors and Advisory Council, as well as the full slate of officers for 2017-2018.
Congressman Joaquin Castro will assume the role of CHCI's new Chair.

"I am honored to serve as CHCI's Chair and am excited to work alongside the organization's dedicated staff, alumni, and program participants, as well as our new Board and Advisory Council members," Rep. Joaquin Castro said. "Serving during this term is particularly special as we approach the 40th anniversary of the CHCI, marking four decades of progress for the Latino community.
