Vixen DeVille displays incredible talent and grace on the stage for "Myth: Legends of Burlesque and Magic" at the Anime Expo 2013.
The charming and effortless manner in which DeVille hosted "Myth" showed a highly skilled hostess being in complete control and in her comfort zone.
"Hours of hosting various shows with various types of audience members means you're basically prepared for anything! You get a vibe for the audience you're dealing with - have a sense of when they need energising and when they need bringing down, when the show starts to drag or if its speeding by too quickly," DeVille said, "It's really a case of having enough structure to keep the event on track but being flexible enough with it so you can go with the flow and react off unexpected moments that occur throughout - that's the genius of live, or at least GOOD live entertainment," she said.
The audience was excited as the curvy highly entertaining beauty that is Vixen DeVille took the stage capturing the full attention of every person, especially the males.
The scripted and the improv fuse together to be a spectacular show which quickly becomes the experience of a lifetime.
With so many enjoyable moments it's difficult to choose just one which stands out to the audience, but on stage DeVille had moments catch her by surprise.

With the sexy and provocative nature of Vixen DeVille the cat-calls start and they do not stop throughout the show. As they get louder DeVille gets fiercer and uses them to quickly respond with a witty comment that entertains the audience.
"You have to take them with a pince of salt - if you're going to get up on stage in skimpy revealing outfits then you have to have a sense of humour about the comments you receive," DeVille said, " I love when people shout out those comments - it means they're enjoying the show, actually feel like they're part of it, and it gives me material to feed off.. I take the stuff they say and just take it further!," she said.

"I was doing amatuer stuff from around age 10 but my very first paid performance job was a voiceover for a TV commercial when i was 15. My entry into the burlesque/circus world came from when I trained as an actor in London and part of my training included a class called Solo Performance taught by the aforementioned comedy tutor. This was the most invaluable class of my whole time at that institute which was basically covering how to be on stage in front of an audience for 10 minutes just by yourself, doing any type of performance - singing, dancing, miming, teaching, lecturing, acting etc," DeVille said, "I ended up doing a piece which essentially involved controlling/conducting an audience as a character was an early prototype of Vixen DeVille. A year later I used my act as an audition piece a year later to join the newly formed burlesque troupe The Kitten Club in 2005/2006 - as a result of joining this troupe I found my way into fire, glass walking, aerial hoop, magic and all the stuff Vixen plays around with today," she said.
DeVille continues on with her career. "Myth" was one if many projects she has going on. Some projects she just finished an some she has just on the horizon.
"So much and so little time - I perform as Vixen with The Doll Face Dames at their various monthly events mainly based in Santa Monica. Vixen also hosts the monthly burlesque variety show Sultry Sweet Burlesque at El Cid in Silverlake - this month, July 31st, will be Cosplay themed!!," DeVille said, "I guest appear also with The Burlesque Follies at The Hollywood Improv, Vaudeville Sideshow at The Dragonfly and The Hollywood Follies at Skinnys in NoHo and I have just been confirmed as the resident host for a new monthly show 'Bourbon Nights' in Downtown LA produced by Running Wild Productions. As an actor I just finished filming Season 1 of new vampire webseries 'Solomon:The Series' which will be released this autumn and am currently filming the feature heist film, ''Conviction' which will have theatrical release next year. I have also been voted to run as 'Miss England' in this year's Queen Of The Universe Pageant which will take place in LA this December," she said.
With so much to do Vixen DeVille will be someone to look out for in the coming months and years.

"I feel a large element of Cosplay and any form of wearing a costume of 'dressing up' (including wearing a suit for a business meeting or wearing a cute dress for a date) is that element of confidence - the sense of heightened confidence you gain from wearing the clothes you have chosen for that occasion," DeVille said, "The other element is that of the title.. PLAY .. a sense of fun. Combine these two and you will always be in control of the situation. Have the confidence to own what you are showing off, be proud of that fact that people want to look and you but also accept that they will and take that as a compliment, ENJOY the attention. Im talking about looks and comments rather than physical contact here - that's a separate issue - but if you accept the looks and comments as positive and complimentary then it should be diffused - respond to it negatively and defensively and that can usually aggravate and prolong the situation. Be confident enough to say what's allowed and what isn't - if someone or something is making you feel uncomfortable then SAY so, not in a loaded way, but just factually and aimiably, most people don't know what is and isn't acceptable until you tell them what the limits are," she said.
