Miami, FL (December 3, 2013)- ( Minaya PR) In April of this year, RENZO's debut single, "MI FAVORITA" hit #3 on the Billboard Tropical chart. Even in light of his novice career, his accomplishments right out of the gate were outstanding. He debuted the "Mi favorita" video on Primer Impacto and was featured in a lengthy, relaxed segment at South Beach, together with Tony Andrades and he performed at the Mun2 Concert series, "Descarga" in Las Vegas. In the northeast the song lingered at #1 on multiple stations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and others.
Now comes RENZO with his second single, "PERDÍ EL CONTROL". The song, composed by Romeo Santos, is currently is charting in the top 20 on Billboard Tropical.
The video, directed and produced under the auspices of the amazing Guillermo Mueses and his company Mediamix, is a child of Renzo's brilliance. It is to be noted that RENZO is the author of the concept. He wrote the storyboard and subsequently collaborated as to choreography, costume and set design, with his partners from the brilliant dance group, Nucleo Extremo - namely, Larybel Olivero and Jonathan Castillo. Guillermo took the project to a magical level; he produced what is expected to be a landmark music video in our industry - dynamic and unique in every sense of the word.
The video is RENZO's business card - As one watches, Renzo oozes creativity. He can sing, dance, and act seamlessly.
Next week Renzo commences his "PERDÍ EL CONTROL" media tour in the Northeast, traveling to Florida on December 10, where he will grace the Sunshine State with his presence. Apart from appearing on a number of high profile shows, Renzo will be performing at the Sony Music Entertainment/Mayimba Music showcase, which will also include a live show with Mayimba artist, Tecla. The event will take place on December 12 at the Sony headquarters in Coconut Grove, Florida.
