It's been a year of posting and a milestone 1,000 posts. Along with the post there's four magazines and a fifth one in the works. Once again I would like to thank the people who have made these post possible.
Laura Dickenson, my partner and best friend. Thank you for all the encouragement always, thank you for always inspiring me with your diligent work and goal oriented work ethics. Without her I would not be where I am today, she gives me me courage, strength and the will I need to carry on. The artwork that accompanies my words ever opening to the magazine is always inspired by the artwork which I enjoy but Laura. Check out her artwork and involvement with the art community at animaecuorestudios.com.
Mike "The Movie Guy" who is a tough and inspirational person. Pushed me to start this, pushed me to start talking and keeps expecting more and more from me. His work ethic is insane. Without the constant support, feedback and always having my back. Go to iwatchmike.com to check out what he does and a few contributions from me.
Jean Stapleton who has pushed me to improve on news judgement, design and building my writing style to what it has become now. I owe many thanks to her for being honest and critiquing my work as best possible. Journalism had never been my intended career path until I stepped out of my first semester of Journalism at East Los Angeles College and came back on staff.
Then there's a huge list of people who keep keeping me in mind with every event:
Vivid Vivka, Veronica Buenrostro, Jennifer Becerra, Jennifer Trevino, Rocio Gutierrez, Loren Medina, Erika Buoso, Sal Montes De Oca, Jazmin Perez, Kaina Mariscal, Karen Rapp, Natalie Wong, Kristine Ashton-Magnuson and Melissa King.
I do apologize if I missed anyone.
