Los Angeles, CA - May 1st, 2015 - Los Angeles-based rock group, MADUS, have teamed up with The NOISE to exclusively premiere their new song, "You Could Never Feel," today, here: bit.ly/1PcDk6h.
"You Could Never Feel" is the second single off the upcoming EP, All The Way, which will be released on May 19th, 2015. The band previously premiered the first single, "All The Way," with Under The Gun Review and the video with EARMILK. The EP was recorded by Keith Armstrong (Rise Against, Theory Of A Deadman, Bruce Springsteen) at Pietown Sounds and Steakhouse Studios.
"All The Way" has an overall theme of feeling trapped with an overwhelming desire to break free - whether it's mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual - and features head-bangin' rock tracks with larger than life vocals. For more information, please visit MadusMusic.com.
Regarding the video, the band states,"Meeting new people in Los Angeles can feel a lot like walking through a stack of random resumes.
Everyone's walking around trying to tell each other how awesome they are in hopes of landing some unseen opportunity.
This song's about how frustrating it is when people keep their guards up in fear of not being perceived as the perfect archetype of themselves they've created."
MADUS, which is composed of Dugan Cruz (vocals, guitar), Kirby Shaw (guitar, vocals), Lenny Barahona (bass, vocals) and Sam Sobo (drums), was originally formed in 2009 as Tangent Transmission.
The band finds inspirations in artists including Rage Against The Machine, Queen, Muse and Incubus, which is evident in their riffy and dynamic sound with vocals similar to those of Jeff Buckley.
The first single, "All The Way," features a driving rhythm that effortlessly carries the vocals throughout the song, which is only fitting as the song is about the sacrifices that must be made to get from one point to another in this life.
"You Could Never Feel," the second single, was produced by Tyler Demorest of Kiven and continues the theme of feeling trapped and is about letting go of the people in your life that refuse to meet you half-way.
"All The Way" is the band's second release and follows the EP, MADUS (2013), which was recorded by Grammy Award winning producer, Matt Hyde (No Doubt, Jonny Lang) at Sunset Lodge in Hollywood.
To assist in the completion of the upcoming EP, the band is running a PledgeMusic campaign that will allow backers exclusive access to the EP and a look behind-the-scenes.

The band has received traction since its inception with songs featured on several films and TV shows such as NCIS: LA, the award-winning documentary, H2Indo, and Stone Brewing Co's Holiday promotional video.
In addition, they have performed at legendary Los Angeles venues including The Whisky A Go Go, The Key Club and The Troubadour.
Furthermore, the band teamed up with Be More Heroic, an anti-bullying campaign, in 2012, and accompanied the organization on their national school tour.
Regarding the EP, the band states,"We've given this new EP everything we got. We took the time to look over every measure of every song and commit to making it that way for a reason. Though we're not entirely sure who'll be into what we made, we're really excited to seek them out and share the music with them."
MADUS will release All The Way on May 19th, 2015.
