The Kenneths brand new EP "E" released on June 15 and is now available the band's website: thekenneths.com.
"'E' is our 2nd E.P in four months. All we care about is playing live, and we really captured that with this E.P. The songs are super raw and bouncy, we tried to cut out all of the fat," vocalist and guitarist Joshua Weller said.
"Everything you hear is live. We're a live band so the main goal was to try and capture the energy and explosiveness of the live shows. We even got people to sit in the room while we were recording to make it feel more like a show," bassist Lewis Maynard said.The three-piece punk rock band also premieres a brand new song taken from the EP.

The band said, ""Cool As You" is about seeing all the cool kids and just wishing you could fit in, and be hip. Even though it's actually far better to be an outcast and a misfit. You work harder, and end up doing way better. The cool kids at school peak way too early."

Coming together in October 2014 over a mutual love of Descendents, The Clash, The Cars and Stiff Little Fingers, The Kenneths quickly recorded their debut E.P 'It's The Kenneths' after just three rehearsals.
Their demo ended up on the table of Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman, and within just months of forming, The Kenneths were booked to play the entire run for 2015.

Composed of guitarist and vocalist Joshua Weller, bassist Lewis Maynard and drummer Aicha Djidjelli, the band garnered a reputation for their turbulent live shows, playing whenever and wherever they could.
