To Tour with John Nolan This Summer
Charity organization Zero Platoon is pleased to announce that they will be sponsoring a full-US tour this summer, featuring Rocky Votolato, Dave Hause, and Chris Farren.
The tour kicks off in Spokane on July 9 and wraps up in Seattle on August 29.
Zero Platoon will have a representative on-site for the majority of the tour before joining up with John Nolan (of Taking Back Sunday) on his solo tour starting on August 19.

Founded by military veteran Mike Henneberger and staffed by veterans, Zero Platoon aspires to brighten up the lives of those serving the United States in all branches of the armed forces through live performances by touring musicians and comedians, as well as exclusive performances and interviews on the organization's website.
Zero Platoon's mission is to help those on active duty that are battling depression and other mental health issues as they struggle with the adaptation into military life.
Zero Platoon founder Henneberger said, "I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and anxiety disorder while I was in the Army, and I got out when I was 25 years old. 55.2% of active duty military suicides were troops who had the same diagnosis as me. 42% of active duty suicides were troops under the age of 25. I know who these kids are because I was one of them. I remember thinking that if I could just go to a show and get that release like I used to -- that escape -- then maybe I'd feel a little better. Zero Platoon wants to bring entertainment to the men and women serving, but most importantly we want to show them that this organization and the artists we work with care about them."Zero Platoon was recently named the recipient of the February 2015 KIND Causes Grant, a $10K grant offered by KIND Snacks for charity and non-profit organizations.
The organization will be using the grant to fund its summer 2015 tour to bring music to military bases all over the United States.
