Talking with musicians and artists is one of the best part of what I have been able to do. It's been amazing getting to chat with indie musicians and some big names.
I have gotten to chat with many of the people who I have looked up to and admired for years. There are still many people who I would just like to chat with about what they do and I hope to get to chat with many more.
Check out some of the interviews I've done on my Youtube Channel and AudioBoom.
These are just 10 of the musicians I'd like to chat with:
P!NK -
She has some of the most powerful songs that have stuck in my mind and on my playlists through out so many years.
She's a phenomenal singer and her music is inspiring with messages of more than sex, drugs and rock 'n roll.
Such a rockstar attitude and still socially conscious and admirable.
Songs like "Just give me a reason," "Dear Mr. President" and "F*cking Perfect" are what make Alecia Beth Moore so incredible.
The Interrupters -
I've been a huge fan of Aimee Allen/Interrupter for a long time and I actually have met her before.
The band has some cool music and is different from Allen's solo music.
With Allen's vocals reminiscent of Joan Jett and a punk-rock style the Interrupters are just fantastic and there's just so much to discover about this group of talented musicians.
Echosmith -
A Los Angeles band that is actually from Los Angeles.
They've been on my playlist for about 3 years now. With amazing covers of some great songs, this band is fantastic with their original music as well.
Their style has evolved throughout the years and they have kept the fans on track with their progress through their YouTube channel which is how I found out about them.
Lindsey Sterling -
She is phenomenal and she is another artist who I've kept on many playlist I've created.
Her collaboration with artist like the Pentatonix, Echosmith and John Legend have made songs I've already been a fan of even greater.
The violin is my favorite instrument and in so Sterling has caught my eye cause she plays the instrument so well and tries to do unique things with it.
Emilie Autumn -
Another violinist which is outstanding at playing, singing and performing, Autumn is an artist that her music is amazing to listen to and her live performances enhance the music with theater like shows.
She's had classical work on albums and many solo albums which have songs which are meant to empower women.
The songs on each album are so extraordinary.
We Are the in Crowd -
From the start of this band's run with Hopeless records, this band has come up with catchy songs that the listener can identify with.
Tay Jardine is an incredible vocalist who compliments the marvelous instrumentals each song has.
From "Guaranteed to Disagree" to "Weird Kids" I've kept up with this band and heard them evolve their style and get better and better.
Taylor Swift -
Many people would not figure me for a Swiftie, but the style, grace, attitude and talent of this artist is beyond belief.
Since her self-titled album and through all the risks she takes evolving her style to be comfortable with her art, she the one artist I will go out and buy a physical copy of her album.
She's gone through so much with people talking about her inspiration for her songs, her battle with Spotify and everything she does in her life, but her music speaks for itself with award after award being won by Swift.
Even Ryan Adams paid homage to "1989" album covering each track, proving that the music is phenomenal no matter the genre.
Iron Maiden -
One of the most amazing British-metal bands of all time.
The unique vocals and melodic instrumentals of this band have propelled it to the top of the charts time and time again.
With their upcoming US tour, it's just another chance for this generation to experience what fantastic metal sounds like.
Their newest album "Book of Souls" is one of their best and at this stage in their career is fantastic to see them continue going strong.
Motörhead -
This band in its entirety is legendary, but vocalist-bassist Lemmy has made the vocals for his band stand out and unique among the other British-Metal bands.
Lemmy will be awarded the Bass Player Live! Lifetime Achievement award at their performance in Los Angeles on Nov. 17.
The band has had such a spectacular career that any metalhead would be thrilled just going to their concert.
Metallica -
The number one band in my book, owning all their albums, even some of the import singles and having been the first album I purchased for myself.
This band has stellar music with raw emotion.
Album after album this band improves and gets better, cleaner and more composed.
No matter the member s in the band, the music continues to be at a high caliber and is fantastic to listen to.
Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo will present Lemmy of Motörhead with the Bass Player Live! Lifetime Achievement award on Nov. 7.
