The Los Angeles Kings have recalled forward Michael Mersch from the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced on Dec. 26.
The 23-year-old Mersch (born Oct. 2, 1992) is a 6-2, 218-pound native of Park Ridge, Ill. who has appeared in six games this season with the Kings, including his NHL debut, Dec. 11 at Pittsburgh.
The Kings play at Arizona tonight beginning at 6 p.m. to kick-off a four-game road trip. The game will be broadcast on FOX Sports West and KABC Radio 790.
