Event held in celebration of first ever National Cookie Decorating Day
During one of the busiest shopping days of the year, Pillsbury™ encouraged mall-goers to put down their shopping lists and participate in a family-fun holiday tradition – decorating cookies.
This past Dec. 12, Pillsbury broke the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS® Title at Mall of America® for the 'Most cookies/biscuits iced in one hour', icing 1,169 cookies making cookie-decorating history, along with creating some lasting holiday memories.
The record-breaking feat was held in celebration of the first ever National Cookie Decorating Day – which Pillsbury plans to honor annually on the second Saturday in December, as a day designated for families to get into the holiday spirit decorating cookies together.
