The Los Angeles Rams have announced their relocation back to Los Angeles from St. Louis.
With this relocation follows a conglomeration of plans and logistics both for the team and the players making the cross country move.
Ed Kaminsky, President of SportStar Relocation has been moving athletes across the country for decades and happens to be located in the greater Los Angeles area with the corporate office in Manhattan Beach.
Manhattan Beach has become a haven for athletes and is home to local players from the Lakers, Clippers, Kings, and Dodgers.
Many other players from outside markets make it their off season home for training programs, marketing opportunities, and ideal weather.
Ed Kaminsky and SportStar Relocation have a reputation of representing players with first class service and understand the trials and tribulations that go with these types of moves.
Beyond the emotions of being traded or signing with a new team, players are often dealt with the task of uprooting their families.
SportStar Relocation assists them with selling their existing homes, buying or finding rental properties, and transporting their cars and belongings.
They also assist the families with getting situated finding schools, doctors, and everything in between.
SportStar Relocation's Corporate Headquarters is located in the heart of where many of the players and staff will move.
The South Bay is located minutes from Inglewood, California where the team will play, and the school districts are all excellent and highly rated.
The real estate prices vary quite dramatically with Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach as the most common choices for players and medium home prices ranging from $1,000,000 to $2,500,000.
You can also go just about 1 mile east to find more affordable housing well under $1,000,000 in the city of Torrance.
Another popular option due to its great education choices and more suburban feel, beautiful homes, larger lots and ocean views is the Palos Verdes Peninsula which includes Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates, Rolling Hills and Rancho Palos Verdes.
There is no question that the local economy will see a boost from the addition of the Los Angeles Rams and if the San Diego Chargers are able to negotiate a deal with Ram's owner Stan Kroenke, there will certainly be another spike in the economy and potentially real estate prices.
