Hollywood Location Debuts Menu with Fresh, All-Natural, Locally Sourced Ingredients and Exclusive Argentinian Wines
Hollywood Burger, Los Angeles' newest fast casual restaurant, has officially planted its US roots in its namesake city with a fresh and welcoming Hollywood vibe, exceptional food and an extensive draft beer and Argentinian wine selection.
Officially opening its doors on Jan. 21 following a brief soft launch, which attracted patrons from all parts of the city, Hollywood Burger presents a menu featuring a number of blockbuster items to satiate the most discriminating of palates.
In addition to gourmet-style burgers, other menu favorites include all-natural/hormone free chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, veggie burgers, classic and sweet potato fries, tater tots, salads, milkshakes, secret sauces made with perfectly blended herbs and spices and more.
Hollywood Burger's Director of Operations, Kevin Shea, heads the Los Angeles team after playing an integral role in developing Hollywood Burger's global brand and managing its flagship restaurant in San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina.
Scott Mathis, Hollywood Burger's founder and CEO, first opened Hollywood Burger in Argentina in 2011 and plans to expand throughout the US following the debut of the Los Angeles franchise model location.
"Hollywood is the entertainment capital of the world, but we're planning to make it the burger capital of the world," Mathis, also CEO and Chairman of Algodon Wines and Luxury Development Group, said. "We've had so much positive feedback over the past few weeks during our soft launch and buzz has been building all across the city. Today, as we celebrate our grand opening, we're excited to bring Hollywood its namesake burger joint featuring an incredible menu, an uplifting ambiance and excellent customer service. Our flagship Hollywood location will become a model of excellence for future growth across the US and beyond."Menu Consultant, Madeline Poley, long considered a pioneer in the 'better burger' world and a longtime staple in the New York City restaurant scene, helped to develop the diverse menu, which uses all-natural, locally sourced beef from California's Harrison Ranch and Martin's Potato Rolls, an iconic, east coast favorite with minimal availability in California.
Located on Hollywood Blvd's Walk of Fame, between Vine St. and Argyle Ave. and across from the historic Pantages Theatre, Hollywood Burger is open between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
About Hollywood Burger
Hollywood Burger first opened its doors in 2011 in San Rafael, Mendoza, known worldwide as the heart of Argentina's wine country. The city of San Rafael marked the ideal location to serve as the restaurant's test kitchen and training ground, due in part to the company's founder, Scott Mathis, having previously developed an Argentinian wine resort and private vineyard estate called Algodon Wine Estates, which includes a world-class winery that produces the internationally award-winning Algodon Wines. Hollywood Burger's first US location, the exclusive purveyor of Algodon Wines stateside, officially opened its doors in Hollywood, CA in January 2016 offering signature all-natural gourmet-style burgers, all-natural/hormone free chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, veggie burgers, classic and sweet potato fries, tater tots, salads and more. Plans are afoot to expand throughout the US before entering a number of other countries across the globe.
