Green Wish and Knead & Co. Pasta Bar + Market are teaming up for The KNEAD to Give Food & Music Fest - Powered by Green Wish, their BIGGEST food and music charity event ever, at LA's historic Grand Central Market located Downtown at 317 S. Broadway, August 14, from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m., celebrity chef Bruce Kalman, Chef/Owner of KP Hospitality Group announced today jointly with his partner Marie Petulla of KP Hospitality Group.
"We are thrilled to continue our relationship with such an amazing organization like Green Wish which supports local non-profits. It is an honor to introduce our community to the great work they collectively do through the lens of food, music and fun at Grand Central Market," Chef Bruce Kalman and Marie Petulla of Knead & Co, said.The KNEAD to Give Food & Music Fest - Powered by Green Wish will be a fusion of great food, live entertainment and passionate people who will come together to keep LA Green to support five local Los Angeles charities: Food Forward, HoneyLove, Muir Ranch Pasadena, Hollywood Orchard and FoLAR.
The family-friendly event has ticket tiers for different levels of support: the $25.00 "Growing up Green" (Kids 5-17) includes Food & 2 Drink Tickets PLUS Craft Table & Live Music/Entertainment; the $50.00 "General Admission" includes Food & 2 Drink Tickets PLUS Live Music/Entertainment; and the $150.00 "Giving for Green" includes Food & 3 Drink Tickets PLUS Live Music/Entertainment PLUS Photo with Green Wish Celebrity Board Members & Chef Bruce Kalman posted to website & social media platforms PLUS Exclusive Gift Bag.

In addition to tasty bites from Knead & Co. Pasta Bar + Market, guests will enjoy food from chefs at Ramen Hood, DTLA Cheese, and MORUNO, which have all raised the bar when it comes to simply delicious food.
For those with a sweet tooth, Knead & Co. recently teamed up with Coolhaus to create a new ice cream sandwich called The Freddo (cannoli ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies), which will be featured at the event, in addition to yummy cookies from Valerie Confections.
There will be something for everyone! Plus, Music too, with LIVE Entertainment with the band Winslet opening for Chef Bruce Kalman's band, Foie Grock, and music to "mix and mingle" to by a Special Guest DJ.
For those who like to multitask and eat and shop and support local green charities, there will be a wide selection of fun and interesting things to bid on in a Silent Auction, and some big ticket, unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and items in the LIVE Auction, where one can splurge on something for themselves or find that perfect gift for that hard-to-shop-for loved one while helping out great local causes.
