American hardcore punk band Cruel Hand have officially released their new full-length album "Your World Won't Listen" with Hopeless Records.

The tour kicks off on October 19th in Virginia Beach, VA and will wrap up on Nov. 4 in Pittsburgh, PA.
Tickets are on sale now on the band's website.
They'll perform tonight for a record release show at the SPACE Gallery in their hometown of Portland, ME.
