The Los Angeles Kings will unveil a historic monument outside STAPLES Center on Nov. 26, to help highlight the club’s 50th Anniversary Celebration.
The new storied Kings monument created by Rotblatt Amrany Studio will exist amongst the other legendary statues outside STAPLES Center.
This monument – made of bronze, granite and glass – helps serve to commemorate 50 years of Kings hockey.
The event, which will feature special guests, takes place in front of STAPLES Center beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The Kings host the Chicago Blackhawks that evening beginning at 7:30 p.m.

This Saturday the Kings will honor Hockey Hall of Famer and Kings All-Star Rogie Vachon presented by McDonald’s before the Kings host the New Jersey Devils at 1 p.m.
On Wednesday the Kings host the New York Islanders and Kings Hall of Famer and All-Star Butch Goring will drop the ceremonial puck.
In addition to the Monument unveil on Nov. 26 the Kings will also welcome back former Hockey Hall of Famer and Kings All-Star Larry Robinson to drop the ceremonial puck.
Nov. 26 also features the Grand Opening of the LA Kings Holiday Ice Rink at LA LIVE presented by Coca-Cola.
