Working with his confidant, Lenny (Kevin Chapman), the two devise a plan to send the wayward son into hiding while an unknown, look-alike actor is hired to fill his shoes and unknowingly take the hit.

As Stevie D, he becomes immersed in a totally new life.
Soon, he is winning people over in ways that surprise Angelo and Lenny – and make their lives more complicated.
He has also fallen in love with Daria Laurentis (Torrey DeVitto), the daughter of Angelo’s lawyer (Spencer Garrett), and the two must find ways to hide their illicit romance.
All the while, the real Stevie D is in hiding, slowly realizing that the imposter is living his life better than he did.
