Underwood Is A Daily Fixture On The CBS Talk Show
"The Talk"
Sheryl Underwood, a daily regular on the CBS show "The Talk," and a well-known comedian and actress, has signed on to the growing cast of the comedy feature film, "Wanda's Place."
"The Talk" is a popular morning round table where the hosts, Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert and Sheryl Underwood, discuss topics of the day.
Underwood has been an important fixture of the show for some time.
Known for her hilarious standup comedy she has also been in numerous film and TV projects including "Beauty Shop," "Bulworth," "The Young & The Restless," "Madam Secretary," and "Supergirl," among many others.
Underwood will be joining a cast that already includes Paul Rodriguez ("Ali," "Beverly Hills Chihuahua"), Ella Joyce ("Roc," "My Wife & Kids") and Dan Martin ("How To Get Away With Murder," "Criminal Minds").
"Wanda's Place" is being produced by Dianna Perales Harris and Earnest Harris and is scheduled to begin shooting this spring.
