"Voces strongly condemns President Trump's decision to end DACA and stands in solidarity with Dreamers and immigrants rights activists..Since August 2012, DACA has protected close to 800,000 youth and young adults allowing them to live and work in the US without fear of deportation.
"Ending DACA will hurt communities, families and our economy. Our most vibrant and thriving states and communities are our most diverse and inclusive. Our country as a whole benefits from the contributions of Dreamers to all sectors from education to the arts and sciences.
"Ending DACA sets our country back, heightens already rampant racism and discrimination, and instills fear in entire communities, regardless of their immigration status.
"We will continue to defend that which is morally right and humane, and urge Congress to find a permanent solution for DREAMERS and all undocumented immigrants living in the country."
