The Los Angeles Kings have activated forward Kyle Clifford from injured reserve, Kings Vice President and General Manager Rob Blake announced on Dec. 12.
The 6-2, 211-pound native of Ayr, Ontario appeared in three games earlier this season with the Kings, posting one point (0-1=1), a plus-2 rating and two penalty minutes.
Clifford has missed 28 games thus far due to injury.
Selected in the second-round (35th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Kings, Clifford has appeared in 488 career NHL games posting 85 points (37-48=85) and 632 penalty minutes.
