Bandsintown, the largest independent concert discovery platform, announces on April 25 the native integration of Apple Music within it's popular app.
This new update allows Apple Music subscribers to seamlessly listen and browse artists' music within the Bandsintown App, creating a frictionless experience to help fans to discover more artists, go to more shows, and to help artists grow their fanbase through Bandsintown.
The update also allows Bandsintown users who are not currently Apple Music subscribers to more easily sign up for the service.
"We're thrilled to offer fans this new enhanced experience" Fabrice Sergent, Bandsintown Managing Partner, said. "Promoting artist discovery is very important to us, and Apple Music subscribers can now browse and listen to an artist's catalog without having to switch between apps."Bandsintown's recommendations are already a powerful source of artist discovery for music fans, with 50%of users RSVP'ing to events of artists they discover on the platform.
In a recent user survey 78%of Bandsintown users said that it's their most trusted source of concert recommendations - and now this integration will help make the discovery experience even easier and better informed.
