The Hormel Foods International Corporation (HFIC) foodservice team has recently launched a partnership with Kelsey's restaurants in Canada to add a limited-time-only SPAMburger™ hamburger to its menu.
"We are excited to be a part of Kelsey's national burgerfest, which features the limited edition SPAMburger™ hamburger on their menu at all locations across Canada," Dan Glendinning, international sales and marketing manager for HFIC, said. "This burger really is a take on nostalgia at its finest."The burger is a fresh chuck burger patty layered with two slices of SPAM® classic and is garnished with sesame glazed pineapple rings, fresh tomato, shredded lettuce and red onions.
It is part of the chain's burgerfest limited-time menu promotion and is available through July 15.
Kelsey's is a roadhouse-style chain restaurant that was started in 1978.
Over the years, Kelsey's has expanded to over 70 restaurants across Canada.
