Telemundo finished as the #1 Spanish-language broadcast network in prime time fueled by the premiere of “Señora Acero” (Woman of Steel) among total viewers, adults 18-49 & adults 18-34, outperforming the combined delivery of Univision and Unimas by 4% among adults 18-49 on Oct. 17, according to Nielsen.
Produced by Telemundo Global Studios in association with Argos, the fifth season of the hit franchise averaged 1,393,000 total viewers, 724,000 adults 18-49 and 309,000 adults 18-34, outperforming Univision’s “La Piloto” by +18%, 40% and +34%, respectively.

The fast-paced and action-packed production returns with a fresh new plot that picks up the story six years later with the reappearance of “El Teca,” (Miller) an infamous enemy from the past eager for vengeance against the Acero Quintanilla dynasty.
