L.A. Kings announce THE FREEWAY FACE-OFF: LEGENDS EDITION, presented by Mercury Insurance on Prime Ticket

The L.A. Kings announced that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has partnered with the Anaheim Ducks and FOX Sports West on the Freeway Face-off: Legends Edition, presented by Mercury Insurance.

Airing on Prime Ticket and FOX Sports San Diego April 17 at 7 p.m., the game will include Kings-Ducks rosters that feature a mix of current roster players and legends of the past.

Beginning April 13, fans from both teams will have the ability to vote on the Legends players who will play on their respective teams.

Candidates in next week’s vote include Anaheim players such as Wayne Gretzky, Marcel Dionne and Luc Robitaille.
 
Kings and Ducks broadcasters will contribute to the telecast, which will feature a simulated game based on EA SPORTS NHL 20.

Jim Fox, Alex Faust, Patrick O’Neal and Carrlyn Bathe will represent the Kings, while John Ahlers, Brian Hayward, Kent French and Aly Lozoff will provide Ducks commentary.
