"When The Cowboy's Gone" Also Hits Radio Airwaves This Week
One of Country music's most earnest traditionalists, Tracy Lawrence, has released his latest music video for his fan-favorite (and recently released to radio) single, "When The Cowboy's Gone," exclusively with Cowboys & Indians Magazine.
The single from his latest album, “Made In America,” quickly connected with fans and has become the most consumed song from the album since its release.
“‘When The Cowboy’s Gone,’ a western-tinged tune with a bigger message about what happens and who will be there to save us when things become too far-gone in this fast-paced, changing world.” - MusicRowLISTEN: When The Cowboy's Gone
The music video was primarily shot out on the road as Tracy toured the U.S. and captures the freedom of the American spirit felt from coast to coast.
The visuals strike at the heart of community sentiment and reminds us that we are all truly connected through our best times and even more so during our worst.
“I’m really proud of this song. It has such a powerful message," Lawrence said. "We all know the strength and character the cowboy represents. When we lose that character in society, our country is lost. I think this song is a perfect message for the time and place we’re in right now.”“Made In America” is a collection of songs that reflect the authentic signature sound that has kept Tracy a mainstay in Country music for over 25 years.
The album is a honest and sincere reflection of the hard-working men and women who make America an amazing country to live in.
The mixture of rock and blues, and Tracy penning 8 of the 12 tracks, certainly makes this project one of his most personal to date.
