While the PARANORMAL CIRQUE is a great show, there is nothing Paranormal about it.
The title may give the impression that some paranormal activity may be included, the show provides some talented acts, but other than taking some characters and creatures from pop culture horror there’s nothing paranormal about it.
Several impressive acts fill the two hour show with a 15 minute intermission.
The grand finale alone is worth the price of admission. The death defying stunts with the audience so close is edge-of-your-seat exciting.
Each stunt performed in the final act will make the audience gasp and applaud as they keep getting more and more dangerous.
Several wonderful aerial acts from male and female performers are a sight to behold.
A male aerial performer amazes with his showcase of strength, but having him dressed as Hannibal Lecter did not quite fit.
The female aerial performers captivate with beauty and grace as the soar through the sky.
A female contortionist dressed as a creepy doll gives the rag doll feel as she bends her way across the stage in ways not typical of most people. The performer played to the front row audiences through a good part of the act.
Even as the patrons approach, the giant black Paranormal Cirque tent brings excitement and wonder. The experience starts before the show even starts.
The clownish antics of the two “ghost hunters” which serve as masters of ceremony come off as cheesy.
While it is a great show, it felt like there was an element missing to make it spectacular.
Still, with the few flaws in this show, the show is well worth the price of admission.
The two hours of show are entertaining, captivating, and thrilling.
